Traditionally, tank walls are formed by bolting numerous panels together, requiring numerous bolted seams.
With Global Tanks patented design, each layer of the tank wall is comprised of a single sheet of steel joined to form a continuous ring, and with only one vertical seam that may be concealed behind the level gauge for aesthetics. Using this method we are able to produce tanks to precisely any size you require.

- No manual lifting is involved; greatly reducing the risk of injury, keeping the site safer and documentation easier
- Only a single seam is required to join the ring ends. This is easily concealed behind the level gauge, resulting not only in a more sound construction, but a more aesthetic one
- While the size of a panel tank is restricted because its circumference must be a multiple of whole panels, a Global tank can be made to any specific size, thus reducing costs by making the precise size required instead of defaulting to a standard tank size
- The unique method of transporting and dispensing the sheets is suitable for all sites, rapid to set up, and dispenses the tank walls continuously; without having to pause to bolt panels together. The greatly reduced number of bolts means labour costs are significantly reduced
- All seams face downwards, since each layer overlaps the layer below it. Therefore rain runs off the tank walls; keeping it cleaner and better protected from the elements.
